Thickness Tolerance
Cast acrylic sheets are manufactured to ISO 7823-1 tolerances. Sheet thickness is nominal — actual thickness may vary by ±(0.4 + 0.1 × nominal thickness) mm, inherent to the cell-cast process. A 3mm sheet, for example, may measure between 2.3mm and 3.7mm. This does not affect structural, optical, or surface performance.
